These Terms of Purchase govern all orders placed for custom-made YoungLA fitness apparel through the Youngls website. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Order Placement and Confirmation
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Youngls. Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment. A formal order confirmation, including details of your custom-made items, shipping information, and total charges, will be sent to your provided email address once your order is processed.
- Customization details (e.g., design, size, color) specified in your order are final upon confirmation. Youngls reserves the right to contact you for clarification if customization instructions are incomplete or unclear, which may delay processing.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices displayed on the website are in USD (United States Dollars) and include applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods specified on the website (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal). By providing payment details, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information is accurate.
- Youngls reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Customization complexity may occasionally extend processing time, in which case you will be notified via email.
- Delivery Time: After shipment, delivery is estimated to take 6–12 business days, regardless of the destination. This timeline is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier disruptions).
- Shipping Updates: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress. Youngls is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Return Eligibility: You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged custom-made YoungLA apparel for a refund within 60 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and customization details intact.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions for returning the item(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on Youngls’ part.
- Refund Processing: Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are issued in USD and may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Limitations of Liability
- Youngls is liable only for defective items or errors in customization caused by our team. We are not responsible for:
- Delays in delivery due to third-party carriers, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Returns of items that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., worn, damaged, or altered items).
- Customization errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete instructions provided by the customer.
6. Modifications to Terms
Youngls reserves the right to update these Terms of Purchase at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
