  • The item(s) must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • The item(s) must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Customization details (e.g., design, size, color) must be unchanged from the original order, as altered items cannot be resold or reused.
  • The return must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt).

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Items returned after the 60-day window.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom-made apparel with errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customization instructions provided by the customer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on Youngls’ part (e.g., incorrect size, flawed customization).
  3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify eligibility. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Refund Currency and Timing

  • All refunds are issued in USD (United States Dollars), matching the currency of the original purchase.
